THE WORST Painting and construction company in the world! I can't even give it one star it's so bad. Poor workmanship, didn't power wash before painting and therefore pine needles and dirt are embedded in paint, and replaced boards were never sanded so it looks horrible. Didn't completely remove old paint when sanding deck and stained over old paint. They leave garbage and their stuff all over the place every night after working on our condos. Sawdust and equipment has killed the grass because they've been here for the past 10 weeks working on our condos. They used our water and weren't suppose to, the condo association provided them with tanks of water, but they were too lazy and hooked up large heavy hoses to our water spout on condo and broke and trampled plants around condo. . . I could go on forever. I had no choice, because the condo association chose them, but I would hope that this experience has taught them to look at reviews first and do their research, hoping this helps someone in the future - RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS VENDOR!!! Tried to upload photos but encountered an error. Will try again, but trust me they are BAD!

I gave The New Look Inc. a 5 Star Rating because their crew has been removing our old decks, building new ones and doing a great job. They have been finishing up adding stairs to units this week and the hot weather conditions did not stop them this week, they worked hard and full days. Today they are finishing up several sets of stairs, inspection tomorrow. The decks look really great.Their a good company to hire and prices are reasonable too.

Terrible company, cut every corner imaginable, disrespectful workers and boss takes no responsibiity. if you want your house to look worse than it did before they started, these are the guys to hire!

If I could, I would give minus stars! Run don't walk away from this incompetent company! The Project Manager is nothing but a bully. The work is shoddy and sub-par. They gouged out a large piece of brand new siding (with the scaffolding they used) but refused to fix it. Then they destroyed my chimney it is literally falling over sideways and if I dared to light a fire there is no place for the smoke to go, except inside to kill me. They refused to fix it. The project manager (i.e. the bully) thinks we should feel sorry for him because people are calling to complain !! I, too called many times to get issues repaired but I only got bullied so that was pointless. RUN FAST TO ANOTHER REPUTABLE CONTRACTOR!!
