I can't believe Joe from mermaid pools just stopped by at 7: 30 on a Friday night on memorial Day weekend to respond to a problem we had called about. So many companies have lost the idea of customer service but not mermaid pools! Thank you Joe!

I have been dealing with Mermaid Pool since 1974... Says a lot for a company to be in business that long I feel!!They have helped me turn green pools clear, replace liners, and the knowledgable staff has helped me out with any questions I've had!! The prices are usually better than the big box stores for supplies so I won't go anywhere else!!

I was a Leslie’s customer for years and had nothing but issues the past two years. A coworker recommended Mermaid to me and I couldn’t be happier! They are real professionals who know pools and not people that watch PowerPoint presentations then try and sell chemicals. They provided step by step instructions and only sold me what I would need. Side note: if you think you are getting a good deal on chemicals buying at a box store, just know you pay for what you get. A couple bucks more for something that ultimately will last 2x longer: meaning less quantity if you use the better quality.
