“Just want to leave a shout out for Carone and Sons Landscaping. We needed a leaf pickup in Manchester as the oak tree's leaves always fall after the town's leaf collection is finished. After seeing a Carone and Sons truck doing yardwork nearby, I called to see if they could pick up our leaves. I received a call back later that same day with a plan to pick up the leaves the next business day. I also received a follow up call on the scheduled leaf pick up day to confirm the crew's arrival time. I could not be happier with this company!! “This is my second season with the lawn Doctor it was hard leaving the previous company after being with them for over 15 yrs blind to what more my lawn could look like so I decided to make that change I’ve been very much happier and pleased with the service I’m receiving and how my lawn is looking a bit higher but worth it for me my lawn is my pet peeve I literally got sick when my lawn wasn’t looking nor doing good since being with the lawn doctor I get a lot of compliments on the grass I make them aware that it treat by the lawn Doctor but I do the cutting, edging etc. and I must say that the person that answers the phone and handles bills names mark is. Very polite respectful calm and pleasant when talking with him regarding my lawn.“

“Viola Lawn Service is AMAZING! I cannot rave enough about them, AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. Josh and the whole team were really great at meeting my desired expectations and putting up with my many revisions to the initial specifications while pointing out areas of improvement. Most importantly, they respected my overall budget and worked with me to ensure that I had a great end product. I used them for landscaping the front and sides of my property and then redoing my pool area with pavers. Unfortunately, towards the end of the pool project, while traveling abroad, I became very sick and had to come out of pocket for medical expenses. As you can imagine, that put a dent in my resources and prevented me from immediately paying the remainder of the invoice as promptly as I would like. Viola listened to me and worked with me while I sorted out the billing with the insurance company. I was able to pay the invoice in full, and they never unduly pressured me (I cannot say the same about the fencing company - I should have gone with Viola for the fencing also). The overall customer service, the crew who worked on the property, and the end product were all amazing. For any other major landscaping needs that may arise, Viola will be my go-to company. “I had my grass seeded last fall . A technician came out for another service and we talked about the seeding results which in my opinion weren’t great . He asked me if I contacted the office to share my feelings . I advised I didn’t and that I thought sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t . He suggested I call customer service which I did . To my surprise the representative agreed to touch up / re seed the problem areas at no additional cost ! Now that is excellent customer service !“
