“I had my grass seeded last fall . A technician came out for another service and we talked about the seeding results which in my opinion weren’t great . He asked me if I contacted the office to share my feelings . I advised I didn’t and that I thought sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t . He suggested I call customer service which I did . To my surprise the representative agreed to touch up / re seed the problem areas at no additional cost ! Now that is excellent customer service !“

“Hired Joe's/Jose's Landscaping for a relatively small job and they performed thr job exactly as requested. They showed up on time and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. There was some initial confusion on both sides as we were deciding what we exactly wanted done and pricing but in the end the price was fair and I am happy with the end results. My wife and I were very skeptical based on the reviews but I wanted to give them a chance amd didn't feel 5 bad reviews were sufficient to not hire this company. I'm sure there are others who had good experiences and just didn't provide a review.“
