Had water in the basement - just got it all cleaned up when the weatherman predicted 2 more inches of rain! A panicked call to House Brothers got us immediate service and a sump pump, all at an amazing price. I would give them at least 10 stars if I could.

Absolutely wonderful. I inherited my dad's house (and with it a malfunctioning HVAC system that broke and caused burst pipes). It's sat wet and a mess waiting for me to have the time and resources to get it fixed since January. Now it's July. Enter Will with House Bros. Plumbing who not only fixed up the broken pipes in a matter of hours, but also found a DIFFERENT unrelated leaking pipe that had had a temporary fix put on it and they repaired that too! 10/10 for going above and beyond. Thank you!

Our pipes burst and we lost heating on one side of the house. Called on Monday, they said they would call back by Tuesday morning to schedule something to come on Tuesday. By Tuesday at 3 they hadn’t called or come so I called then they said someone was on the way. They came and inspected it and then said they would give us a quote and schedule the actual repair. Called Wednesday mid-day for an update and they said the main lady (Eileen) was out. Called Thursday and Eileen was back and she said she would send the quote within two hours. Three hours she sent the quote and we signed immediately and sent it back. As of Sunday (sent over the contract THURSDAY) they never scheduled anything so we went with someone else. Wasted an entire week.
