My son had an unauthorized party in my basement and they destroyed the bone-white carpet. Alcohol of all colors was carelessly spilled, footprints, etc. I called this company, spoke to Mr. Gerson(?) and after taking some pictures and measuring, he gave me a reasonable quote. A couple of weeks later (today) a technician came with a truck and he worked in the basement for a couple of hours. The difference is quite dramatic! The carpet looks like new. A few red-alcohol spots remained but that’s the nature of the beast! ;) The technician that came was a very friendly and knowledgeable person. I highly recommend this company.

Glastonbury Carpet has done several projects for us and we have been incredibly happy each time with both the quality and service. A great local business that does great work. I would highly recommend for flooring or tiling needs!
