I went to the spa in Glastonbury. The aesthetician was over 15 minutes late. There was no explanation or information given at the front desk. I think it would’ve been appropriate to let me know she was running behind.
The facial was excellent and I rebooked with Vanessa.
The spa called the day before my next appointment to ask if I would be willing to come earlier because they had overbooked. When I showed up, they told me that my aesthetician was in another appointment and I’d have to wait an hour to see her. Apparently, the person that called me the day before never changed the appointment in the system. I was frustrated and left.

I have come here for massage several times over the past year. I began seeing Madison, a wonderful, thorough massage therapist. When she went on maternity leave I began to try all the other therapists at Eliana Spa and they did not disappoint. I recently saw Sara. P for a 90 minute deep tissue massage. She worked on all the right places and I left feeling relaxed and much better. As a nursing student always on their feet, I appreciate the attention to detail and the ability to work on the right areas.
