I'm addicted and never knew the mental state I could be in for the massages provided by the Glastonbury Massage Center. I always look forward to when my 90 minute massages are coming up on my calendar. For the duration of my appointment all my worries and stresses fall away and I enter a new dimension of relaxation. Toby and Aaron are my go to masseuses. I love coming here and schedule is easy and flexible. I actually started with 60 minute massages and increased them to 90 minute ones after learning all the benefits. Went in for a prenatal massage and it helped a lot for all the aches and pains that come along with being 37 weeks pregnant. I was made to feel comfortable the entire time and left feeling very refreshed. It's already been a day and typically I would be in lots of pain after a massage but not here. I think the gentle stretching and hot stone massage really helped avoid that issue. I don't get massages often so being left sore the next day is always the bigger negative for me.
