I cannot say enough amazing things about this place. This pilates studio is connected to Durant Physical Therapy and Francesca Durant owns/runs both. She is like a women’s health warrior. Because the two are connected, the pilates studio gets a lot of patients who are in PT, so the instructors are very good at modifying and working with injuries. I have been going to the prenatal/postpartum class since the beginning of my pregnancy, and I believe that this combined with the pelvic floor PT I was receiving helped me to have a great birth with minimal tearing and an easy recovery. Excellent Postnatal class! Sophie was a great instructor. She was tuned in to my needs and helped me regain confidence and strength in my postpartum body. I also loved the flexibility of bringing my baby to class with me. If you're considering it, I highly recommend Centered Body Pilates!!

Life-changing exercise for strength and stretching. I’m fit and this has changed my entire body for the better. I cannot recommend it more highly for anybody who wants to improve alignment and get stronger.,
