“Great experience with Micah, Dr Rock, Rosa, Tom and the entire crew at Warby Parker. I’ve been going to a local optometrist and haven’t been happy with my result. Warby Parker has streamlined everything making my exam quick and friendly. I went through glasses and ended up with a pair I didn’t set out to get all thanks to Micah’s expert fitting. The entire team in this store is great (I’m sorry I don’t have everyone’s name). The only thing I wish is they weren’t in WestFarms, rather I’d prefer they were in a more convenient location like the Shoppes at Evergreen Walk and had a larger location but kudos for the great service.“

Even though Spanish is not their native language, they made a great effort to assist us in Spanish and even helped with translation during the vision exam.
