We had a wonderful experience working with Better Built Basements for our basement project. From the beginning, Jim and Kaitlyn met with my wife and I to discuss our ideas to finish approximately 700 square feet of raw, unfinished space. I am so impressed with Better Built Basements and the work they did on our new basement. Everyone on the team was incredibly skilled and professional. I hired BBB to finish my basement. The project took exactly the amount of time they estimated. I found Kaitlyn (office manager) to be very responsive and addressed any concerns or questions immediately. The workers were all very friendly and professional. It was expensive but I got several quotes for the project and theirs was in line with the others, it is simply an expensive time to remodel.
