Celeste is the REAL DEAL! Really and truly knows her stuff. Class is always fun, engaging, challenging but non judgmental! I always walk out taller and with more ease. She is endlessly curious about improving as an instructor and as a practitioner of Pilates, and offers a contemporary approach which progresses as her knowledge progresses. An absolute gem!
