Now.. a 5 star review for a nail salon has never happened for me. I have sadly been dissatisfied more than I’ve been pleased with nail salons. But here at Essex Nail Spa I actually loved my nails so much I had to leave a review. I WISH I got the lady’s name who did my nails because she was amazing. They took me as a walk in right away and the woman who did my nails really took her time with me and they came out PERFECT!! Nail shape is important to me because I like them short, but my fingers are a little on the sausage side.. lol. So shaping is important to help create the illusion of longer, slimmer fingers. She was so precise and absolutely NAILed the almond shape 🥳 I am actually from Bristol, CT which is about 45 minutes away from Essex. I was in the area visiting a friend and decided to stop in for a fill-in. Needless to say, I will be coming back to Essex to get my nails done again because no salon near my area has ever impressed me this much. And the price was so fair! I paid $45! Salons near me charge way more than this for not even half the quality. Can’t wait for my next set already 🤎 (Also loved the warm lotion at the end. I’ve never had that before!!)

This place is the absolute best in town! It has been under a new administration and the ladies put their heart and soul in everything they do. They are professional, knowledgeable and very skilled! Prices are super reasonable and the place is gorgeous and super clean!

Excellent!! Vero did a fantastic job on my pedicure and manicure! I got the mini spa pedicure and the amount of dead skin she got off was mind boggling. I feel like I have brand new feet! The regular manicure I had was perfection. She checked with every step of the process- did I like the shape, did I like the color- before moving on and it was sooooooooooo appreciated. The price is absolutely reasonable for the service you receive! Could not be happier I stopped in.

Came in on Sunday march 2 I thought they were open until 5 but they were only open until 4. These ladies were absolute sweethearts. I wish they had said something bc I made these poor girls stay an extra hour but glad I was able to receive the service because my toes have never looked better!! This is seriously the BEST pedicure I have ever gotten. The young lady who did it was fantastic. I will definitely be back and make sure to check the hours next time!
