Lots of waste companies get numerous complaints. We can't say enough good things about this company. First of all, when you call, you get a person rather than a menu. They communicate well about schedule changes and delays. The office staff is really kind when we call with confusion about the schedule, etc. Kudos to the Hatfield office and staff.
