I dont like writing a bad review for this company. My family has been using this company for years. Received a bill for a visit i didn't think I should have. It was a follow-up because furnace did not work like it used to before they repaired it. Technician was in house for 13 minutes and bill was close to $200. I did call the minute I received the bill. I said I would be in that week and would like to speak to service manager. He wasn't there or didn't want to talk to me. I told the office person I wanted to talk to him. Have been using Rich’s for oil delivery and furnace tune ups since I bought my house in Enfield for 3 plus years. Had my first hick up with my furnace today and George came out and was able to fix the unit on the spot with the part in stock on his truck. Quick easy fix and very very friendly. Justin, our usual delivery driver is awesome at his job and very respectful. The whole staff at Rich’s is awesome. Highly, highly recommend! There’s nobody better. Thank you Rich’s!
