Horrible service. Do not trust the reviews came from his own agents. You cannot trust this person. He told us this is a 'sale by owner' house, but he sent me a contract with added commission without assigning a realtor to me. It was 12 pages long with 89 places to sign. So I didn't read it very carefully. He is slow on responding. We did all the realtor's job ourselves and then he took the broker fee and full commission at closing. You will lose a lot, a lot of unnecessary money with this broker.

My closing took 3 months because the broker didn't reply email and calls to buyer's agent for a few weeks and he didn't forward me the information so I didn't know no agreement was reached for a month due to lack of communication.
