Michael has an incredible attention to detail, compressive industry knowledge and missed nothing in his inspection of our new home before purchasing. The service and report go way beyond detailing items that need repair, replacement or service. Mike gives you all the advice you need to become the homeowner, from identifying what type of contractors will be needed, find information on the existing equipment, past surveys and building permits, town and county information etc. Will certainly use next time.

Mike did a fantastic job on my home inspection. He was very thorough. Several of the issues he noted have absolutely turned out to be 100% accurate. From my experience, if he tells you something might be a problem or need repair, you will definitely want to consider that when deciding if that's the right home for you. I'm happy with my choice, even though I've had a number of expensive repairs. I can't say I wasn't warned!

Mike is the best! He takes the time to really make sure everything is looked at and you understand all the ins and outs of the home. If any questions or concerns raised, he makes sure to address them before moving on. The report is in-depth with lots of additional literature for anything home related. I highly recommend HPI to anyone in need of a home inspection, you will not be let down!
