Chris was awesome! He came out on a short notice! He came out just for a foundation inspection, we also wanted to get the well looked at. He made time, didn't pressure us into getting add ons, so he did foundation and well! Super knowledgeable and reassuring for first time home buyers! He even pointed us to a plumbing issue he noticed, as just a heads up! 10/10 recommend Chris! His pricing was very fair for his knowledge! Worth the money for him to come out!

Chris was a pleasure to work with. Extremely competent, professional, friendly and responsive. His report was very clear and exceptionally detailed, with well organized suggestions and plain-english explanations of his findings. He worked above and beyond to meet tight deadlines and uses the latest technology and tools to facilitate ordering the inspection, payment, and receiving the report. Additionally, in performing the actual inspection he uses all available tools and is up to date on all code and statutory home requirements. I highly recommend him.
