Inspector has broad knowledge of various areas of expertise at complex levels, with equipment to support as required, including drone footage of roof and infrared camera system. Also went above and beyond to get the job done, accommodating my time frame and staying late. As a buyer, Cosmic Property Inspections, LLC would be my first choice, particularly on more concerning or complex properties.
