Have been going to Hair Matters since 2004. Owner/Stylist Joyce is the greatest - both in personality and skills. She has permed or colored and cut my hair for years and does an excellent job discussing my goals of where I am going with the style, cut or color and works her magic to deliver. She is also very honest in telling me what I can or should not do with my hair so that I get the best results, and healthy hair. She has even fixed my mistakes when I occasionally decided to do something myself. Her prices are so reasonable; they are ridiculously low compared to any other salons I have tried over the past 10 years. I've also watched her men's haircuts and... read full review
