You can not ask for a more compassionate and loving place to bring your animals to for whatever ails them.

Went prior when there was another doctor. Used to be fantastic, took my two new cats multiple times. They are all about money. Chewy lost my prescription, called them back and found out they won't write a script again, but told me I could order through their website. Which I did, they denied my order, (I thought that was so odd because the lady there said that's what I should do), then they said no only thing I could do was order their extremely over priced 2 month supply in their office. I was jaw dropped they wouldn't write another script so that was my only option. Both my up to date cats couldn't get a prescription for monthly flea meds even though chewy lost it, they also wouldnt take a call from chewy so i Could get a verbal. I was so flustered, I called and ended up going to another vet and had a fantastic experience. Avoid this vet, the 1 star reviews below are accurate, money money money.

The worst place to bring your animal. I been bringing my dog there 13 years it is a girl they think its a boy.....weird they ask me about drugs they prescribed I tell them its what you told me to do. I would ask everyone to never go to this place

Took my tuxedo kitty Harvey to go see Dr. Lisa everyone was so sweet and so informative and patient with my 50 million questions and concerns. My animals will be going back to see them for sure.

Absolutely rude vet. Very condescending and downright disrespectful. Place has gone down the tubes. Run as fast as you can to any other vet !

We unfortunately had to transfer our dog to a different vet after going here for ten years with previous pets and our current dog after continually being given medication that causes seizures for our dog. Before covid there were other vets at this practice but now it appears only one vet remains and it no longer seems to be a good fit. While I don’t want to bash the staff and I am sure they are trying their best, there is a lack of friendliness and welcoming in this office and every time we are seen it feels we are treated in a condescending manner. Overall if you are looking for the best care for your furry family member I just cannot recommend this office. I wish them the best as they strive to give animals in the area better care and hope they can improve in their attitude towards owners and family members, because after reading other reviews it is clear my family is not alone in our struggle we’ve had with this practice.

I had a really bad experience when I brought my cat into this clinic, it felt like they cared more about getting paid than actually helping her. They didn’t start treatment until after I paid, which was frustrating. I also got the vibe that they thought I couldn’t afford the service, which was super unprofessional. There was zero sympathy for my cat or me, and I’m honestly upset and disappointed by the whole experience. I’m wondering where all the good reviews come from because what I went through was far from it.

0 stars. Self serving vet focused on income and profits. Rude, impolite, and totally unpleasant experience. They also refused to fulfill a prescription that was still valid. Took my pet to another vet and I’ve had a much better and more honest experience. Can recommend New England Vet Center in Windsor, CT. Do yourselves a favor and take your pet to another vet if you don’t want to get robbed $$$ or have an insolent experience.

Long wait with booked appointment. Fees are a disappointment for sure. Adding an antibiotic when not necessary just another $40 charge. Vet is unapologetically money hungry and disgruntled . Requires blood test to renew elderly dog’s prescription. I don’t have $450 for a blood test. Without the prescription I’ll have to put my dog down.
