Setting the appointment was easy and they were able to work within my schedule. There was hardly any wait at all, and that was because I requested it to be the following week. The technician arrived on time after a text message from the company letting me know he was on his way. He was very pleasant and was able to answer my questions fully. Definitely recommend this company.
