I used KF for installment of a new front door. They did not do the actual install, but they helped me ensure that the door slab plus frame and sidelight window were the correct size that then my contractor would put in the door. It was somewhat more complicated than I thought, and yet felt comfortable and confident with them at the helm. Paige was extremely helpful and communicative along the way, making for such a pleasant experience and removing the stress from what could have been an otherwise daunting project.

We recently remodeled our kitchen and installed new windows and a front door with Kelly Fradet’s in Ellington. We are incredibly happy with both the service and materials! Paige did an amazing job designing our kitchen and she was wonderful to work with- so patient and knowledgeable! Paige truly went above and beyond-the epitome of great customer service! We used Kelly Fradet in Ellington twice in the past 4 years, and worked with Paige. She is wonderful to work with; EXTREMELY, knowledgeable, listened to not only the “look” we wanted but also our budget and guided us through the whole process. I especially appreciated her patience with me as i had so many questions! Thank you Paige- I don't anticipate having another kitchen planned in my future but will recommend Kelly and YOU to anyone i know who is looking for cabinets or other building materials!
