The owner, Bridgette, is so sweet, personable, and truly loves what she does in her craft while also supporting her very talented stylist as well. “I just wanted to share how grateful I am for the experience we had at Visual Changes Salon, especially with Jasmine. My mom has Alzheimer’s, and getting her to a hair appointment can sometimes be challenging—but Jasmine was absolutely wonderful with her.

She was so patient, kind, and gentle throughout the entire process. She took her time, made my mom feel comfortable, and treated her with such dignity and warmth. It meant more than I can put into words.

“WOW!!! Is really the only way to start this review!! I had an amazing and memorable time here at Slay Jay Beauty and was blown away by the experience. The service from the owner Jojo was impeccable. I arrived early for my appointment and Jojo was already ready and set up. She offered refreshments from her chic beverage bar. With that being said, the beauty parlor in general is chic, the gorgeous decor is top tier and the cleanliness is unmatched. I am grateful to be able to have a brow tech who takes pride in her space.

Now on to the service, once I was acclimated and Jojo made sure I was comfortable she explained all the steps in the Ombre eyebrow application. She went step by step during the application letting me know what step we were on as well as what she was doing in real time. Jojo was very gentle, she made sure she was not applying too much pressure and she really wasn't, I was actually so relaxed I could have went to sleep . She is amazing to say the least. Jojo made sure my eyebrows were perfect and even quadruple checked when I made a comment about being insecure. She made me feel so comfortable. I loveeeeeed my experience, She SLAYEEDDDDDD my brows.

6 month update: Brows are still browing!! I am so in love still. I am a believer lol and I will continue to go to Jojo when it is time for the refresh.
