“I had experienced a frozen pipe in my downstairs bathroom and needless to say everything was destroyed. W&K Restorations response time was unbelievable and had equipment drying everything up in no time! the Project manager who had come out to inspect the situation, was not only professional, but walked me through the steps to take with my insurance carrier which made it much simpler, let's be honest no one wants to deal with insurance! THANK YOU W&K Restoration for making this stressful situation that much easier!I had a sense of reassurance with my choice of choosing W&K Restoration, when I was out walking my dogs and noticed a W&K Restoration truck so being nosey, I asked what was going on and it turns out a tree fell on a house, the owners wanted to take the opportunity to do a complete rebuild! I have to say this was a great feeling, they really know what they are doing! highly recommended!!“

“Although they were not the lowest quote I received, the others left a lot of open room for overruns and intended to take out the ceiling in the room below. Tim took another approach and intended to have a look from above and let me know if there was structural damage in need of immediate repair and he was true to his quote. This saved me the cost of taking out a plaster ceiling while fixing the leaking issue from above with a beautiful new roof. The work crew was fast and very professional, replacing roofs on 2 extensions in 2 days. There was a small mix-up on roof color, but they gave me a credit for the inconvenience. Communication was challenging at times, but they held to their timelines during a busy season.“
