I started going to APT three months ago for accountability with strength-training. My cardio training has always been great, but despite good intentions, I seemed to "run out of time" for core and strength. The APT trainers provide top notch personal attention in small group settings where each client has his own personalized training program. Communication between instructors is excellent, so even if you are training with a different instructor, they already know your issues/limitations, training goals, and ballpark weights. Love the continually changing workouts with excellent trainers that always show the proper technique no matter how long you've been working with them. It's the whole package!
