He calls back promptly, shows up on time, was present on site the whole time and he and his crew did a fabulous job with my new roof.
Everything was well planned and went without a hitch.
He took great care to preserve my plantings and treasured peonies and the final clean-up was meticulous.
I can't say enough about how what I expected to be a major headache turned out to be a pleasant surprise.
