This is the first major renovation we have done to our home, so we were a bit uncertain what to expect. Everything went phenomenally!! Bill was extremely attentive and answered what probably seemed like endless calls from us.The work started when it was supposed to, and was completed on time! Their workmanship was performed with excellent attention to detail. The most pleasant surprise was the final bill. We were within $100 of budget!! Actual Bill missed one charge and refused to accept payment for it. That is unheard of in todays business environment.Obviously, we highly recommend Lakeview Builders. A year later when a hurricane drove a branch through a flat roofed addition (he didn't roof), he came out in the storm to stop the leak for me. PS I liked his Bay Ridge Stories- I'm from Brooklyn too!“
