Avoid this place if possible. Incredibly unprofessional, we were told over the phone they were so busy and we were advised to seek a different urgent care. When we called the north haven location they advised us that wasn't true. We went to east haven anyway, (north haven is only tele health and we needed bloodwork done) to find NOT ONE SINGLE OTHER PATIENT was checked in. Nurse at the front desk was on her personal phone the whole time switching between her personal conversations and answering the work phone. Everything was easy and problem free. All of my questions were answered and my visit was smooth and worry free. The doctor was caring and very attentive. He diagnosed me quickly and sent my prescription in very quickly. I would highly recommend them. It was a Saturday but service was great and fast and thorough. 5 Stars !!!

Don't even bother going to this place. I called first to make sure they could see my 86 yo mother. Drive her down and then was informed they didn't take Connecticare. Worthless
