“I had my grass seeded last fall . A technician came out for another service and we talked about the seeding results which in my opinion weren’t great . He asked me if I contacted the office to share my feelings . I advised I didn’t and that I thought sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t . He suggested I call customer service which I did . To my surprise the representative agreed to touch up / re seed the problem areas at no additional cost ! Now that is excellent customer service !“

“Wow. i came across Portillo Landscaping this summer when an injury made cutting the lawn problematic. They do great work but that is not why I am writing. I discoverd they also do masonry. Elvin was enormously helpful in co-designing two projrects. He steered me away from some of my less informed ideas and always kept an eye on cost. We were blessed with dry weather during October 2024 when the jobs were done. He and his staff showed up promptly everyday, worked through the day, cleaned up each day, and never impeded how I run my life. A walk through at the end identified and finished all remaining iissues. The workmanship was exquiste and his staff very likeable. My brother, the landscape architect, was wowed. I found his Advertisement online and was very satisfied with the service.I asked him to remove the mulch bed in my front yard and lay a new mulch bed.
