I have hired landscapers for the past 11 years. Their work was acceptable. This Spring we hired Portillo Landscaping. I was blown away by their level of detail and professionalism. I had mediocre yard care for 11 years and thought that was the norm. In contrast Portillo Landscaping rises to the level of excellence. I’m so glad I found them.
Wow. i came across Portillo Landscaping this summer when an injury made cutting the lawn problematic. They do great work but that is not why I am writing. I discoverd they also do masonry. Elvin was enormously helpful in co-designing two projrects. He steered me away from some of my less informed ideas and always kept an eye on cost. We were blessed with dry weather during October 2024 when the jobs were done. He and his staff showed up promptly everyday, worked through the day, cleaned up each day, and never impeded how I run my life.
