They arrived on time every time and articulated any changes that were necessary to the project. Very fair pricing and great customer service. Worked last year with Seaside Renovation to do a major remodel of a 1700's farmhouse. When it came to demo, framing, ceilings/floors, they did great work. We needed to raise ceilings, put in a staircase that was to code, create a great room out of several small rooms and open up the entire attic floor. The end result was simply lovely. Thor works well with subcontractors, coordinates everyone as needed and knows who to hire based on the job. He is also a creative problem-solver. We used subs for electrical (Dave is the best!!), plaster, paint and HVAC, to mention a few.

I have a historic era home that needed a variety of repair and improvement to be completed. They are very skilled at matching the design for the exterior and using quality products. Always arrived on time. The cost for the work was reasonable and there were no surprise cost increases at the end! Seaside Restoration is knowledgeable, quality and cares about working with masterful skills and integrity. I am an also a REALTOR. Therefore I have seen a lot of what’s out there and they are second to none!
