Been bringing my dogs (border collie, English bull terrier) to Dr. Reagan here for 4 years now. He is kind, gentle, knowledgeable and trustworthy. The vet techs are the same - they care about the animals they see. The receptionist (Dawn) is competent and just generally a nice person. The atmosphere is non-stressful, quiet and NOT chaotic - my dogs do not mind going to the vet!
Our dogs have been going to Banfield Pet Hospital for a total of 12 1/2 years. They were over priced and over booked for appointments. We brought our dog to the office for a sick visit and we knew that we had foung our new vets.

I can't say enough about these guys. Their work ethic and quality of their work is exceptional. They went way beyond the agreement made in the contract, such as helping us move appliances, and completely cleaning up after themselves. We had out laundry room expanded out into the rear deck, and the attached picture shows the superb quality of their work. And they bought all top quality materials rather then trying to skimp. I would have actually paid them more if it was in our budget. They do it the way YOU want it done, rather than some other contractors who told us how it couldn't be done. Positive attitude, and as they said themselves, "We enjoy a challenge".
