“We had a load bearing wall removed between the kitchen and dining room to open it up. Since the ceiling was going to be open where the wall and existing cabinet and soffit were removed, we had them remove the textured ceiling and install recessed lighting throughout the entire space along with some new cabinets, a new microwave/range hood and new ductwork to vent it outside.

These guys are pros! From the first meeting with Jesse, explaining the entire process from design and drawing plans suitable for submission to the Building Department and the entire crew each day headed up by Tomasz. Always working very clean, even when sanding down the existing textured ceiling. All doorways and access to other parts of the house were sealed off. Patching the existing hardwood floor where the wall came down, you can't see where the old wall was! Electrical and HVAC vents had to be removed or relocated. Everything was done professionally, even bringing in a porta-potty for the crew while the job was in progress!

While the cost was more that I initially intended to spend, the results justified the cost based on the workmanship and professionalism of this team.
