“TRP did a complete kitchen renovation for us and the challenges they faced were substantial. We have an older house with uneven ceilings, our floors needed to be redone, our island was a solid 10 feet long, and our family decided to stay in the house during construction. If that wasn't enough, we were also needing to install bookcases in the adjoining living room, fix a leaky shower on the second floor that had put a giant stain in the living room ceiling, and then add shoe molding to the entire first floor, on account of some poor planning from a prior general contractor.We agreed on a start and end date, and Tom and his team (and he has a wonderful, experienced team) delivered on the completion before the end date. All told, our kitchen reno and related work in the dining room took 11 weeks. Tom was at our worksite nearly everyday, even on the weekends, checking in on details big and small, and he always put "the right people, in the right place, at the right time," as he is fond of saying.This was an education for us in what a full service contractor business looks like when it has a mature operations structure, with stellar office staff and stellar craftsmen. “Rosa Home Improvement installed two storm doors for us. Paul Rosa, the owner, came to the house, measured for the doors, then sat down with my one, and only with a brochure. She picked the style, and is no fool about tech specs having been on many Habitat for Humanity builds. I was at work. During this time of pandemic and supply shortages, Paul, none the less got the two doors in considerably less time than expected, and one of his men installed them while we were away. Paul came back a couple days later to have a look, and did a little tweaking himself. Great work, great product, reasonable price.“

“My elderly mother in laws furnace went out in the cold weather , after two companies came and said must be replaced . John came and would not leave until she had heat . He told me the system needed to be replaced but it will hold for a little while . I asked him to quote job . He came in 5 thousand lower then one company and 2 thousand lower then another . Today he showed up at 7 am like he said he would and by noon he and Slade had removed and reinstalled a completely new system . So happy and thankful .“

These guys were VERY professional, had GREAT communication, and did an AWESOME job cleaning up the worksite. I was so happy with the work, I had them do additional concrete work (the very next week) to clean up another retaining wall and my front steps that according to my wife, looked ugly. Nick was on time and did his own inspection including getting up on the roof (several of the companies did a visual inspection from the ground level). He then took me for a walk around (ground level) and pointed out several areas of concern and proposed solutions that made sense. We then met and he professionally and directly explained the process, product and what to expect for the final look. I did hire M& J Roofing. Nick and/or his father Louis, were on the job site at all times jumping in when needed while always supervising a dedicated and hard-working crew. Nick and Louis were courteous, polite and treated my home with the respect and care like it was their own.
