I’ve never had a massage before, so I really didn’t know what to expect walking into True 180—but from the moment I met Alex, I felt completely at ease. She has this calm, grounded energy that makes you feel like you’re in the right place. She took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable before we even started.

The experience with The True was amazing ! So many things I can said but would take me a very long time to write all of them ! To start the place is beautiful, colorful and bring joy just to look it ! Alexandra have the most warming and friendly smile that you ever will see ! Couching with her felt like you can put your thoughts together in a way that you couldn’t if you are overwhelmed or confuse ! She never told me what to do, but she definitely help find my way back to self love and self care , doing it I was able to find my way back to whom I really am !
