as a new customer I was impressed on the response time to get me up and running had to wait assuming they were very busy to make appointment for permanent solution and change our configuration. Brian, the owner, is a really nice guy and does really first-rate work. He's super busy, but it's worth the wait. Good, honest, kind business practices. I go to Quality first for every repair!
