I've been a member since the Darien location opened and it is the only program that keeps me coming back. Amazing coaches and variety of workouts! Good for all levels of fitness and all ages!

Orangetheory Darien has quickly become my favorite workout. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable about proper techniques, encouraging, motivating and kind. They don’t yell at you and the music isn’t deafening!!!! I appreciate their flexibility in the schedule and their unique workouts. The front desk team is great and Jordan too!

Fun and effective workout. It’s never boring. The coach takes the guesswork out so you can just focus on yourself. Positive environment where you’re competing with yourself and no matter your fitness level you will have fun. 4 years and counting…love it.
