I can’t say enough about my experience with Zieglers. I have a white couch along with two cats and a dog, so keeping it clean is no easy task. From start to finish, they were incredibly easy to work with — professional, efficient, and detail-oriented.
Even with kids and the dog home during the cleaning, they handled everything seamlessly and treated my home with great care and respect. Their work ethic was outstanding, and the entire process felt stress-free.
By the end, my couch was gleaming white, smelled fresh, and honestly looked almost new again. I highly recommend them for any furniture or rug cleaning needs.
We have used Zieglers for the cleaning of several rugs at our house. Both with dropping off as well as them coming to our house to pick up larger rugs. They have always done a thorough job professionally and at very reasonable prices. I would highly recommend any one who needs rugs cleaned head to this family owned business.
It was a pleasure doing business with Zieglers. I had some pretty bad moth damage on several rugs, and they came to pick up the rugs, then cleaned, put moth repellent, and repaired the damages. I also had custom rug pads made. I was invited in to confer on what kind of repairs I’d want in each situation. Communication was clear, pricing was transparent, and reasonable for the amount of work I had done. The rugs came back bright and clean - and were placed back in the rooms I specified. Overall an A+++ experience. I’d highly recommend!
