I had the most amazing 85 minute de stress massage with Emily. I came in with severe tension and pain in my upper back, Emily applied the perfect amount of pressure to work out the knots. She was incredibly professional, checked in on my comfort level often, and the room was very relaxing and comfortable. She was so in tune with me and what my body needed. From the moment I walked in, Emily made sure I knew that the next 85 minutes was just about me. I highly recommend her and will definitely be returning! 5 stars is just not enough!

Amazing experience! I had my massage with Emily, and she was wonderful. I’m 34 weeks pregnant so I had a mom-to-be massage and she made me feel comfortable through the entire time. I also recently got Bell’s palsy due to the pregnancy and she was so understanding about that as well. She even worked on areas of my face to try and help those muscles and it felt so relaxing!

I just experienced a breathwork self-love event at The Therapeutic Spa, and I’m honestly still feeling it.
From the moment we walked in, the energy felt safe, calming, and intentional. The entire experience was so beautifully guided—it allowed me to fully let go, drop into my body, and reconnect with myself in a way I didn’t even realize I needed.
By the end, I felt like I was floating on a cloud of love. Light, open, grounded… just different in the best way.
