Friendly and competent, but be careful. Last fall, I was grateful to find someone who could securely affix a screen protector to my new phone -- but when I went back recently for a new protector, having damaged the old one enough to warrant replacement, I neglected to ask about the price, and the new one was ten dollars more than the last one. $35 for a single no-name screen protector, even with installation, is too much. Also, the credit card reader mysteriously couldn't read my credit card, but was fine with a debit card ... Doubt I'll be going there again.
