“I have been dealing with Keith at the Danbury Best Buy, and he has been phenomenal. I have ordered all my kitchen appliances and things have gone very smoothly. Keith is exceedingly intelligent and follows through to get the job done. Keith also worked with me to make sure I got the best prices available. I would not hesitate to use Keith for all additional purchases. As a matter of fact, I just ordered a television. One problem with Best Buy is you cannot get anybody on the phone in the store. You must depend on email or an in person visit. They do check their emails, so make to get the email from the person you are dealing with and if it's Keith, you'll always get a reply. I think who you get as a sales person makes a big difference and I was lucky enough to meet Keith and and have his help and expertise with my purchases.“
