Ralph Merlow was extremely knowledgeable about our current septic system which we were concerned about its condition and capacity. He took the time to answer all of questions and called, on the spot, on our behalf, an engineer who he has worked with for decades to help us figure out next steps.

I highly recommend RPM Septic system! Jamie was great at getting back to me right away to fit me in his schedule. Showed up on time and answered any and all questions I had. He and his assistant were thorough and after pump-out of my tank took more time to go in with their pump tube more to really make sure it was cleaned, probably more than any other company I have had in the past. 5 stars for great service, professionalism and also a nice family owned business.I will be using them going forward and recommending them to all my friends
