If I could give zero stars I would! Complete lack of communication about the charges for the visit! Even though my bill was resubmitted to my health insurance they send me to collection agency! So inhumane!
I came there as a new patient for a physical. The medical assistant said they didn’t have my blood work. I got it done a week before my appointment. Then when the APRN came in she said this wasn’t my physical cause I was a new patient nobody informed me. She said I would have to get new blood work done and my insurance wouldn’t cover it. That’s ridiculous. Then all of a sudden they found my blood work and it became a physical. When I questioned her about all the confusion she had an attitude and was very confrontational. The place is very disorganized and it was very disappointing being a new patient and I was treated this way. Never going back
I do not recommend this place at all. I WOULD GIVE A 0 stars IF I COULD. My doctor scheduled an appointment for me to get some lab tests done right there; the person who assisted me booked the appointment for 9:00 AM but changed the time at the very last minute. When I arrived for the appointment, I was told that it had been canceled—and that I would have to reschedule—without anyone having notified me. I made another appointment and went back, only for them to cancel it again without notice; when I arrived at the facility, they told me I would have to make yet another appointment.
