Additionally, the practice has a new doctor, Dr. Elashker, who specializes in holistic medicine and comes highly recommended.
My physician, Dr Tsamparlis tops my list as a knowledgeable experienced and caring practitioner who took the time to listen to my complaints. He then made an accurate assessment, provided referrals and necessary medications. He was also accessible by the office's medical portal which was definitely a plus.
If I could give zero stars I would! Complete lack of communication about the charges for the visit! Even though my bill was resubmitted to my health insurance they send me to collection agency! So inhumane!
I came there as a new patient for a physical. The medical assistant said they didn’t have my blood work. I got it done a week before my appointment. Then when the APRN came in she said this wasn’t my physical cause I was a new patient nobody informed me. She said I would have to get new blood work done and my insurance wouldn’t cover it. That’s ridiculous. Then all of a sudden they found my blood work and it became a physical. When I questioned her about all the confusion she had an attitude and was very confrontational. The place is very disorganized and it was very disappointing being a new patient and I was treated this way. Never going back
