Community Health Center Inc. is primarily a Medicaid accepting facility. The center is known for its qualified APRNs and doctors who provide good care and offer referrals when needed. Patients are advised to be proactive as the staff is busy and may not anticipate all needs. The center has experienced some staff turnover, but is praised for having caring employees like Patricia, a long-standing receptionist who goes above and beyond for patients.

I am always treated with the utmost kindness. I travel from Bridgeport to Danbury because I have been seeing Larissa Camano for years and she is just amazing. When you truly can connect with your provider and you know that they have your best interest in mind you will never want to loss that.
I've been using the Community Health Center (CHC) for my primary medical concerns for at least 10 years. I categorize it, in my mind, as a clinic. I've used clinics in the past, but this group is far and away the best I've experienced! The diversity of medical assistance is amazing. They've got: dental, behavioral, same day, nutritional, blood drawing, etc.c. The staff is ALWAYS very polite and helpful. They accommodate English + Spanish speakers easily. I don't know if they have someone on staff who speaks Portuguese as well. However, they do have the capability of providing services to those who speak myriad other languages, as well.
