Really bad experience. Nurse was rude, got hung up on, never received call back, just a really poorly run place. And management is impossible to reach. Find somewhere else if you care about your health.

This place only cares about the money and is not committed to client care at all. Puts people in groups when not necessary because you can charge more, and kicks them out if they refuse. Had people running the groups that were completely unqualified to run these groups. They made me run a substance abuse group and a DBT group when I had absolutely no experience with either of these things and when I “sought supervision” it was my fault and I just had to figure it out. After 9 months I was the longest working full time clinician because everyone gets fired if they dare to have a difference of opinion with the borderline and crazy management. i wouldn't even call this practice an organization that helps anyone let alone people with mental health issues. While participating in this mess they call a non profit I was assigned 7 different clinicians, or LCSW therapists over the course of a year, was "written up" for missing appointments due to a sick child or a scheduling issue. You can call to try to reschedule an appointment in advance like normal human being but won't ever get a person on the other end of the phone let alone a call back if you leave a message, then get threatened to be kicked out of the one doctors office that accepts your insurance due to missing that appointment.
