Carlos and the team helped us to seamlessly transition from an oil based heating system to a heat pump with propane back up. He answered all of our questions, helped with rebates and did a great installation job. We are very pleased with the new equipment which is much quieter and effective than our older system. Carlos has also been very responsive to follow up queries.
