I’ve been going to Milan Laser Hair Removal for my laser hair removal treatments, and so far my experience has been really positive. From the beginning, the staff has been welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the process, answer all of my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable before starting.
The treatments themselves have been quick and manageable. While there is some discomfort, it’s definitely tolerable, and the technicians always check in to make sure I’m okay throughout the session. I also appreciate how clean and organized the facility is ….it makes a big difference.

I would not recommend this place! My friend‘s daughter signed a contract for laser hair removal treatment. She’s had one treatment and they have constantly canceled seven appointments in a row in order for this to be successful. You must have consecutive regular treatments yet. The contract is nonrefundable so she’s forced to pay $400 a month for 23 months yet they’re not holding up their end of the bargain. I advised her she should call the Better Business Bureau and reach out to the state attorneys general office because she shouldn’t have to pay for something you’re not getting.
