This is how chiropractic care should be! Knowledgeable, gentle, and effective care. I went in with a lot of pain and the care these doctors provided made the pain go away when my orthopedic couldn’t and there maintenance treatment plan keeps it that way. I love there honest approach in creating a treatment plan that worked for me, great office hours and locations as well.

I live in Las Vegas, Nevada; however as a small business owner I travel extensively for my business. It is not always easy to get to my doctor in Las Vegas. However, while going through an airport back East, I had an incident where I had a major issue with my foot, which made it painful to walk. My LV doctor performs Active Release Therapy (A.R.T.); I googled A.R.T. doctors locations near my client where I could go. Low and behold I found Dr. Karen Parcella and she was not only accommodating for my crazy work schedule; additionally she was kind, gentle, caring and each day during my travels my foot was progressively healing. The Active Release Therapy treats the muscles and soft tissue and does not overwork or stress the joints. The therapy is gentle, yet effective care associated with helping assuage pain and stress.
