From my very first email to the moment I left, Dave Jr. treated me with genuine care, respect, and professionalism. He not only fixed the issue I came in for, but also diagnosed and took care of a few others, just because he was paying close attention.
This is a family-run business of 56 years, built on integrity, pride, and kindness. I only wish I had bought my RV from Dave to begin with. In late May this year my wife and I purchased a used 2018 Newmar Bay Star Sport from Dave's RV Center in Danbury, CT. It is a family run business and it proved to be a great experience. It was a no pressure environment where all of the staff in all departments were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. As part of the buying experience we were invited to spend the night in the RV to test out all the systems. We took them up on that and any issues we raised were immediately resolved. They even made some modifications that we requested as part of the purchase and they were happy to do it. Can’t say enough about Dave and the entire staff! These guys know there stuff when it comes to RV diagnostics and repair. Honest, fast, and reasonably priced. I would never bring my Newmar anyplace else.
