First of all, I’m gonna start off by saying I absolutely love the woman that owns Danbury beauty supply! And if she is the owner of beautiful hair, then she will not be happy to hear this. It’s evident she does not know until right now, but she deserves only the best working for her. A friend of mine decided to get my hair done as a gift for me! Which turned out to be a nightmare all I wanted was my roots lightened in my highlights to the front of my head! The person that did my hair was not rude as hell she was more interested in doing her own self not mention she spoke no English everything was translated. I was never so disgusted and disappointed in my life, leaving there with dark brown red and blonde hair. After showing several pictures, the blonde was the most disgusting color ever and I wish I could remember its name. Excuse me I believe and no disrespect at all. I love all people I believe here she was transgender and that’s OK but so rude they laughed at me they were talking in their language, laughing point in disgusting That is not acceptable. I wish I would’ve come on here earlier, but I’ve been so depressed and disgusted with what they did to my hair until I came on here tonight and I think the owner should be well aware of what’s going on there especially again since the barrel I’ll say woman mall was too busy in her his hair OK toes everything else and I just got left there like a piece of garbage!

This is probably one of the worst places I’ve ever had a haircut. Breakdown below:
Personnel: Everyone is very lazy and just asking for someone to cut your hair is an odyssey. They ask each other to do the haircut even if they are not working on anyone else. If the supervisor is not around they just try to get away from work.
Hygiene: awful. All the combs and hair products are full of god-knows how many people’s hair. They kind of strategically turn the chair around so that you don’t see what they’re using. I also had my nails done there once and they didn’t have any hygiene there either. They didn’t clean any of the material they used either before or after doing my nails.
Price: they don’t have the prices displayed anywhere. Do they basically charge you depending on how they see you.
Technique and care: they burnt my hair because they didn’t use any heat protectant when ironing my hair. So yeah…not very knowledgeable…
Do yourself a favor. Avoid this place…

I asked for a dye and they did the opposite, they did it to their liking. And when I said that it wasn't what I asked for and that I didn't like it, the lady was offended and upset and said that I should come back next week and that she would do the job that I wanted. To which I never came back, She said she wouldn't charge me but when I gave her $100 to pay for the nails she told me so I was left to ask how much the nails were and she said $70, I didn't complain about that because the girl did an excellent job. But the other dye job cost me $30 when she said she wouldn't charge me anything and it was something that I obviously didn't like. Mrs. Reyes I know she will remember me since she was the one who did it.

One stop shop! Love it...you can get nails and hair done along with waxing. Stephanie is professional and polite. She does wonders with natural hair and weaves. Reyes cuts amazing and they give a great color. Family atmosphere great clients and it helps if you speak Spanish but Stephanie speaks great English. Karla does nails and is great! You can get anything with nails and pedicure. Make an appt it's better.
